Why Creativology?
One thing has remained constant throughout my life: when something makes me curious, I study it.
Today, much of that curiosity is focused on psychology, human behaviour, adult development, mental health, learning and the ways our past experiences can continue to shape our present lives.
I combine independent study with formal education and professional development, and I expect that learning to continue for a long time.
Not because I want to have an answer for everything. Quite the opposite.
The more I learn about people, the more interested I become in asking better questions.

I'm curious about people, the stories we carry and the lives we're still becoming.
For most of my life, I've been interested in how people learn, change and make sense of themselves and the world around them.
That curiosity has taken me through education, entrepreneurship, communication and social impact. I've built organisations from the ground up, taught adults, created community projects, worked across cultures and spent more than two decades translating complex information into something people can understand and use.
The settings have changed over the years. The thread running through them hasn't: people, learning and change..
Hi, I’m Mó
Still learning. Always.
Creativology began with a fascination with creativity - not simply as artistic expression, but as a way of thinking, learning, solving problems and imagining possibilities.
Over time, my questions became broader.
I became increasingly interested in psychology, human behaviour, adult learning and the ways our experiences shape how we think, relate and respond to change.
Midlife made many of those questions feel more immediate.
Why do we repeat certain patterns? Why can work that once made sense begin to feel different? Why do some relationships shape us so deeply? What happens when we start seeing our own history differently? And how do we decide what we want to carry forward?
Creativology has evolved with those questions.
Today, it is a space for exploring human change, midlife and what comes next through curiosity, reflection, conversation and evidence.

What's next?
Creativology is still evolving, deliberately.
For now, this is a place to explore questions, share what I'm learning and create thoughtful conversations around the changes that can come with midlife.
Over time, that may grow into new ways of learning and working together, through conversations, small groups, mentoring or other forms of human-centred work.
I'm in no hurry to force that next chapter. For now, I'm listening, learning, writing and paying attention to what emerges.
If some of these questions are yours too, you're in the right place.
Welcome to Creativology.
